Activate Telnet Feature In Windows
Telnet is a command line tool that is designed for administering remote servers through the Command Prompt. You will need to enable it before you can start using it.
1.Open the Control Panel.
2.Open "Programs and Features" or "Programs".
3.Click the "Turn Windows features on or off" link.
